Setting up an custom bulk email server enables you to send up to **1,000,000 emails per day**, offering a scalable and efficient solution for high-volume email marketing. Below is a detailed guide covering the setup process, requirements, and pricing.

### Overview of Custom Server Setup

This setup includes all essential features required for bulk emailing. It consists of **12 SMTP servers**, each equipped with **5 dedicated IPs** (total **60 IPs**), enabling a maximum sending capacity of **41,700 emails per hour** over a 24-hour period.

To establish a positive sending reputation and ensure better inbox placement, following the [**IP warm-up process**](/popular-topics/warm-up/warm-up-plan.md) is essential. This involves gradually increasing the sending volume over time. Our team will provide guidance and support to help you navigate this process effectively.

### Architecture & Scalability

This system consists of two parts: a **Host Server** for the web application and multiple **SMTP servers** for email sending.

### Sending Limit

Each SMTP server can send **83,400 emails per day**, allowing a total of **1,000,000 emails/day** with this setup.

### **Requirements for Setup**

To proceed with the custom server setup, you will need to acquire the following:

* **Dedicated Server:** Ubuntu 22, 32GB RAM, 200GB storage
* **Dedicated IPs:** 60 additional IPs (5 IPs per SMTP server)
* **Domains:** 13 sending domains (spare domains preferably .com, not hosting any existing website or email inbox)

Please note that the costs associated with dedicated server, domains, and additional IPs are **not included** in the server setup fee and must be purchased separately.

### Pricing Details

### **Where to Get the Dedicated Server and Additional IPs**

You can use any server provider that allows mailing (with enabled mailing ports).

**Recommendation:**

You can use **OVH** as they provide open mailing ports, allowing you to send bulk emails. Additionally, OVH offers competitive pricing, making it a cost-effective option compared to other server providers.

{% hint style="warning" %}
To use bulk email services, **Port 25** (SMTP) must be open. Please note that many providers, such as **Amazon EC2** and **DigitalOcean**, disable Port 25 by default to prevent spam and bulk mailing activities. If Port 25 is blocked, you can contact the provider for port unblocking.

Additionally, many hosting providers do not allow the use of additional IPs or may limit IP purchases.

Be sure to check with your provider to confirm the available options for email sending.
{% endhint %}

### Key Features of the Custom Setup

* **Unlimited Contacts:** Manage an unrestricted number of email contacts.
* **Dedicated IP Rotation:** Utilize 60 dedicated IPs to enhance email deliverability.
* **Comprehensive Support:** Access to documentation, video tutorials, and a knowledge base for seamless operation.

### Steps to Get Started

* **Purchase Required Resources:** Get the necessary **Dedicated Server, domains, and additional IPs** as specified.
* **Server Setup:** The server will be configured by our team and handed over to you upon completion.
* **Follow IP Warm-Up Process:** Adhere to the [**IP warm-up**](/popular-topics/warm-up/warm-up-plan.md) guidelines to establish a positive sending reputation.
